  • General servicing and maintenance
  • Product misuse, abuse, or accidental damage
  • Incorrect installation
  • Failure to comply with installation instructions, plumbing standards, applicable regulations, or manufacturer recommendations
  • Site-related issues, water pressure issues, or external plumbing faults
  • Wear and tear or consumable components
